WHAT IS F + F FLOWER CLUB AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Glad you asked! The premise is pretty straight forward. It’s a club for people who really love having fresh and unique flowers in their home on a regular basis.
On the first Wednesday of the month, we design and hand wrap a bouquet of the most beautiful and seasonal F+ F flowers for club members. You can choose to pick them up at the shop (free of charge) or have them delivered to your home (for a small additional fee).
There's no contract so you can cancel at any time, as long as you give us a two week head's up.
We arrange your hand wrapped bouquet in a way that makes it easy for you to trim the stems to your desired height and drop them straight into your favorite vessel. (Or split up the bouquet to fill multiple vessels around your home.)
GREAT! WHEN CAN I JOIN?
Join between the 1st-15th of the month; after the 15th, you flowers will be delivered the following month.

WHAT KIND OF FLOWERS WILL I RECEIVE IN MY HAND WRAPPED BOUQUET?
The best ones we can find! F + F hand-wrapped bouquets will feature a variety of the freshest and most unique seasonal flowers sourced from local and national flower farmers. A taste of seasonal florals we source directly from our local farms: TULIPS, HYACINTH, JONQUILS, ANEMONES, PEONIES, RANUNCULUS, SWEET PEA, LISIANTHUS, SUNFLOWER, LARKSPUR, ZINNEAS, COSMOS, MARIGOLDS, DAHLIAS, HYDRANGEAS, SCABIOSA, CELOSIA, NIGELLA…...AND SO MANY MORE!!
HOW DO I TAKE THE BEST CARE OF MY FLOWERS?
Your flowers will come to you lovingly wrapped in kraft paper. All you'll need to do is give the stems a fresh diagonal cut with kitchen scissors and plunk them into a vessel with water. We will supply you with floral food and care instructions.
Tip: add a drop of bleach to the vessel water to prevent bacteria growth and extend the life of the florals.
HOW MANY STEMS COME IN A HAND WRAPPED BOUQUET?
The specific number of stems will vary each month depending on the variety, shape, size and price of the various florals. There will always be enough to fill a lovely vessel of your choice!
WHERE DO YOUR FLOWERS COME FROM?
Our flowers are sourced from local and national farmers that take pride in growing beautiful, high quality florals. By supporting our local farmers we are able to offer you seasonal florals at their peak...freshly plucked from the dirt!
WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY FLOWERS?
On your first delivery we'll deliver your flowers in a glass cylinder vessel. You'll keep that cylinder and put it out on delivery days (first Wednesday of the month) with water in it so your florals can stay hydrated while they wait for you to come home.
WHAT IF I’M OUT OF TOWN?
Just let us know by calling us at 270.538.9067. We can postpone your delivery or send them to one of your dear friends. And enjoy your time away!
CAN YOU DELIVER MY FLOWERS TO MY OFFICE?
Of course! Just enter the address (within zip code 42001 + 42003) you want your hand-wrapped bouquet sent to each month and we will be happy to deliver them there.

delivery
we offer delivery to paducah and the surrounding areas monday- saturday. orders must be placed by 1pm for same day delivery mon-fri and 12 pm for same day delivery on saturday.
delivery fee is based on mileage from the shop.
0-1 miles $5
1-5 miles $10
5-10 miles $15
10-15 miles $20
please call the shop for deliveries outside of our delivery area and we will accommodate if possible.

we ask for recipient phone number and information in case of delivery problems. our delivery driver will make every attempt at keeping your delivery a surprise, we promise. if there is no answer at the door, a text message will be sent to the recipient letting them know of the delivery and it will be placed in a safe location. if the driver deems that there is no safe location, it will be brought back to the store for pick up or redelivery. if redelivery is needed, an additional delivery charge may be added.
return policy- fresh florals
we do everything we can to provide fresh, beautiful florals. that being said, it’s important to remember that fresh flowers are delicate and require care. included with each wrap or arrangement is a care card with instructions on how to keep your florals fresh for as long as possible. if you are not satisfied with the longevity of your arrangement, please email us within 72 hours of pickup or delivery date. we ask that you include photos and a description of quality issue. in the event of a valid quality issue, an exchange for a new bouquet or arrangement will be made. we do not offer refunds. we also cannot offer refunds based on taste or preference. if no requests are made, the designers will use the freshest and prettiest flowers. this allows us to create beautiful, unique arrangements. please remember that art is subjective. we take pride in everything we send out. unless there is a quality issue with the life of the flowers, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
return policy- indoor plants
we take every precaution to keep plants healthy while they’re in store. we can’t control the conditions after they leave. we are unable to refund plant purchases. care cards are offered with purchase to give you information on how best to care for your plant. if you get home and find that your plant has bugs or has root rot, please email us with photos and a description within 72 hours of purchase. in the event of a valid quality issue, a new plant or equal exchange will be made
